About Nekudot
How did Nekudot start?
A family story, and the reason we do things the way we do.
Nekudot was started by Levi and his wife Rivki, because of Levi’s big sister, Rachel.
For years we watched Rachel struggle to find Support Workers who really fit her. The people who worked with her were kind, capable and good at what they did. But the matches often felt random, as if no one had stopped to think about who Rachel might actually click with.
Then we started noticing the same story across our wider Jewish community. Parents, guardians and people needing support were spending hours scrolling through Facebook and WhatsApp groups, hoping to find someone who fit. It was stressful and time-consuming, and it shouldn’t have to be that hard.
So we started Nekudot. Not another agency, but a place to find support that actually makes sense, where every connection is made with thought, care and a bit of humanity.
Every introduction we make still starts with one question: who will this person really click with?
