Ne-ku-dot NDIS support in Melbourne
We connect
the dots.
Between people who need support and the Support Workers who fit them. We’re a Melbourne family team who get to know both sides properly, then make the introduction.

How it works
Our simple system.
Three steps, with a real person at every one of them. No algorithm and no shortlist of strangers.
Step 1
We get to know you
Once we have your details, we’ll be in touch to get a proper understanding of your needs, your routine and what a good week looks like.
Step 2
We introduce someone we know
We interview every Support Worker one on one and get to know them properly, so when we suggest someone it’s because we think you’ll click.
Step 3
You’ve got a new Support Person
If things click, you’re connected. And don’t worry, we’re always the go-between if anything ever comes up.

Support with the personal parts of the day, like showering, dressing, grooming and getting ready, done in a way that protects dignity and privacy.

Help keeping the home running: cleaning, laundry, cooking, grocery shopping and errands.
Where it helps, your Support Worker can do these alongside you, so it builds skills and independence rather than just getting jobs done.

About us
For Community,
by Community.
We’re a Melbourne-based family team on a mission to connect people in need with the right Support Workers.
We know first-hand how important, and let’s be honest, how frustrating finding the right fit can be, for participants and for workers. We’re not another agency. That’s where we come in.
Read our storyDoes it cost anything to talk to you?
No. Filling in the questionnaire or giving us a call costs nothing, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
What kind of NDIS plan do I need?
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your plan is NDIA-managed, give us a call and we’ll talk through what your options are.
How do you decide who to introduce?
We interview every Support Worker one on one and get to know them properly. Then we match on what actually matters day to day: personality, interests, experience, location, and any preferences you have around gender, language or culture.
What if it doesn’t click?
Tell us. We stay the go-between for as long as you want us there, and if a match isn’t right we’ll work with you on finding someone who is.
Are you part of the NDIA?
No. Nekudot is an independent service and is not affiliated with the NDIA.
I’m a Support Worker. How do I join?
Fill in the short application on our Become a Support Worker page. We’ll be in touch for a proper conversation.
